Grey Taurus LLC — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Grey Taurus Business Infrastructure & Funding Readiness intake system (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
The Service is an intake and onboarding system through which Grey Taurus LLC collects information from prospective clients to assess and design a business-infrastructure and funding-readiness engagement. Completing the intake form does not, by itself, create a services agreement — an engagement begins only when Client accepts a specific, priced proposal (the "Cost Summary") and signs the Services Agreement.
3. Eligibility
The Service is intended for individuals at least 18 years of age acting on behalf of an existing or prospective business entity. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the authority to provide the business information you submit.
4. Information You Provide
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you submit, including self-reported credit information, business history, financial information, and any documents or photos you upload. Do not submit information about anyone other than yourself or a business you are authorized to represent.
5. Fees
Use of the intake form itself is free. Fees apply only once you accept a specific Cost Summary and sign the Services Agreement, as described in that Agreement.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service may link to, or reference, third-party services that Grey Taurus does not own or control, including:
- IdentityIQ, a third-party credit-reporting service. Any subscription or charges are billed by IdentityIQ directly, governed by IdentityIQ's own terms, and Grey Taurus may receive referral compensation for this link.
- FYLR, a financial recordkeeping platform, and dyln, a business communications platform — both operated by affiliated Grey Taurus entities and governed by their own separate terms of service.
- A third-party credit-improvement referral partner, disclosed to you individually at the time of any such referral, and governed by a separate agreement directly between you and that partner.
Grey Taurus is not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or practices of any third-party service.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service's design, software, and content are owned by Grey Taurus LLC or its licensors and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without permission, except as necessary for your own use of the Service.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is." Grey Taurus does not guarantee that use of the Service or any resulting engagement will result in business funding, credit improvement, or any specific business outcome. Nothing on the Service constitutes legal, tax, or financial advice; you should consult your own attorney, accountant, or financial advisor before making business, credit, or funding decisions.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grey Taurus's total liability arising from your use of the Service (prior to any signed Services Agreement, which separately governs liability for a paid engagement) shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Grey Taurus harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or your submission of information you were not authorized to submit.
11. Termination
Grey Taurus may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, including if we believe information you submitted is false or fraudulent.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
13. Changes to These Terms
Grey Taurus may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
